I noticed the fabricator name too. I graduated with Tim. Pretty sure the mixed media is the whip and nails. The rest seems fully sculpted.

I hope it's sculpted except for the whip, but I'm not so sure that's true. I had an online chat with a sideshow customer service rep today and they told me that the outfit is faux leather.
