PCS - Planet of the Apes (..on a horse)
PCS - Planet of the Apes (..on a horse)
Stumbled across this image today. I'm assuming this is as far as it got, or did it go into production?
The image got me thinking about the much talked about Wonder Woman on a Horse from Prime 1

Yes, i am on Facebook. I must have missed the news on the found mold. I like Planet of the Apes, but have no interest in such a large piece on a horse. I was curious to know, assuming the piece had shipped, the cost of shipping.

Yeah it was a dead donkey. It's funny when it was first shown in the newsletter a best friend of mine sent me an email "New statue, monkey on a horse"

I think they should still make it. Just charge a premium and rock on.

Looking at prices these days, maybe the price was not so bad.

Well I included my friend's anecdote for a reason. People get so hung from the perspective of those with established interest that they don't consider how much you can learn from those with a potential to be interested as to the perceived worth of an offering. That really above all else can indicate how a statue will be received.
Berserk is probably more niche than POTA but even casual observers became interested in Prime1's version as did I with Goodsmile's. The most loved statues are those with the broadest appeal.
