I wanted to keep a list of both positive and negative changes mades to sculpt, edition size, paint etc. Post here if you know of any I'll keep it updated. This way we can track how customer input and feedback is used.

Features Added/Changed
Thanos Diorama - Light up version added (change made before shipping after PO)
Chernabog Maquette: Light up feature added.
M. Bison - New head sculpt added
Psylocke comiquette - eyebrows shape changed
Black Cat LSB - eye color changed
Ken - "smirk" was slightly toned down based on fan feedback
Zangief - laces added, colors changed (red->grey hair)
G.I. joe Firefly 12" - added extra head with camo
Nightcrawler comiquette - changed skin color
Count Dooku PF: Resculpted head, added light up saber all after initial preorder
Lara Croft: Snow Day Ex: Website shows an edition size of 550 but the bases show 500.
Magneto Comiquette: site shows 500 but the bases show 1000 pieces.
Indiana TOD PF: Alternate open hand added (after pre-order) bcs a lot of remarks about lobbing a grenade. (see below)
Mola Ram PF: Mola placed a bit further back on his base (factory decision after pre-order). Different skull than seen on promo pic is facing forward.
Rogue PF: changed gallery pics (after product shipped), resculpted backside (flatter, removed crack)(after product shipped)

Edition Size Increases
Dagon statue - 50 Ex ES stated in Newsletter increased to 100 after preorder.
Optimus Prime Maquette Exclusive edition size - 100 -> 150 (change made before shipping after taking deposit) SIDESHOW ES DECEPTICONS STRIKE AGAIN!
Mouser Comiquette Sideshow Exclusive SDCC 2010- added international edition of 250 to original edition size of 500 (change made after shipping)
Grey Hulk PF - 150->179 (to accomodate extra orders in comic-con)
Alien Warrior Maquette - 600->750
Patient Zero PF - added International edition of 100
Guile EX increase from 125 to 175, Reg increase from 350 to 550, upgraded belt (change made after initial PO, before shipping)
Dr. Doom PF increased ES
Darth Talon Exclusive PF - 450->650 (after PPO)
Donatello comiquette - 450->400 (after PPO)

(so the stone is now in almost upright position).

As remark: His base is hollow (still has enough mass), but Mola his base is heavier and feels pretty solid.

There have been some questions on just what were the differences between the Domestic and International versions of the Gollum/Smeagol PFs.

The only difference between them is under the base.
The International version has 'International Version' printed on it (just over the LOTR logo).
Where as the Domestic one has nothing (that I can see) on it to show it is the Domestic version (other than an ES of 500, that is).

Psylocke comiquette's eyebrows changed . . . Black Cat LSB's eye color changed . . . and correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they make some sort of minor cosmetic change to Scarlet Witch comiquette's face?

apparantly my Mouser int order was cancelled, when I was told I would be able to get one in a couple weeks...hopefully just a fluke.

Should be more than enough to go around there were additional 250 mousers made for the international edition.

Grey Hulk PF- originally 150, up to 179.

From the Sideshow site- During the pre-ordering for this item, the heavy load on the servers momentarily disabled our inventory counter. This in turn caused a slight overselling of this item. In order to honor the pre-orders of those collectors who fairly participated, we have decided to slightly increase the edition size of this item. The edition size of the Exclusive Hulk will be increased from 150-piece edition to a 179-piece edition size.
