Finally got two of my Fav hulk statues

Yes there will be lots of chances to say "That's what she said in this post"

Size does not make a difference!!!
Ok size does make a difference and these are not new new. But they are new to me. I have had my eye on these two even before I started Collecting higher end statues. The Size and price have kept me away. But I got them both for a pretty good price and had some good spots to place them.

The Diamond Select Hulk is Awsome. I LOVE THIS PIECE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First off He is much bigger then I thought he would be. I thought he was around 7 to 8 inches. Turns out he is ten. I have always loved this sculpt!! Big Smile and all!! I love the way the pants are sculpted and have the look of blowing in the wind. I even love the pose. Yes it's a just standing there pose but he looks like he is looking down on someone ready to kick some but. It give the impression that someone is in real trouble. I even like the base.

The Dynamic Forces Hulk was what got me into searching for higher end statues. Based on Dale Keown art from the story Hulk The End. I saw a photo of this somewhere and it got me looking for other great statues and peoples collection. I have to say if this were two inces bigger It would be perfect. But still I can't get over the great detail on this six inch statue. Great sculpt by the Gore group. A big thank you to Darth Pain for selling me this item. My only issue is the hair but overall it's a great piece.

Now I want to know why there has not been a statue based on Mike Deodato Jr's art. By far my fav. Hulk artist!

Always liked these two. I owned the Dynamic Forces piece but sold it a few years ago. Wish I held on to it now. Gratz on the pickups!

Yeah Ratch I saw them at your blog (which I love visiting). I went back and forth reading your thoughts and looking at your photo before I decided to finally buy. I tend to trust your opinion on the statues.

Just got to get you to realize how great the Hulk Comiquette is

I got the Diamond Select for 90.00 from a guy who actually worked on the effects of the second hulk film. Not too bad a price since he was like 75.00 when he first came out. Then his price really went up for a few years. Always seemed to be around 200.00 or more. This was also my Father's day gift.

The Dynamic Forces hulk I got from Darth Pain for 150.00. A bit more then i wanted to pay but I can never find this guy for less then 200.00 on ebay.

Either way I love them both.

I had both.
They are 2 kickass statues. More detail than some larger ones I've owned.

Ha ha. Yeah i know. It's so funny how we both can look at the same statue and see something so different. Such as you think he looks like he is slipping on a banana and I just don't and can't see it. You see love handles while I see muscles, you see a head that is too small and to me it's perfect. Hell I even like the hair now. I would say it's because you have not seen it in person but I know you have.

It's just funny to me because I pretty much agree with you on all your other statues but I love the Hulk Comiquette and to me it's the best Statue of the Hulk out there.

Art is funny that way.
