Sideshow products are sometimes treated the same as well. I needed to get my Sideshow Wolverine PF fully replaced when they were first shipping out, and I still had to wait a month for their unnumbered replacement stock to arrive. They just wrote my edition number on the replacement statue and boxes.

Yeah, I’ve heard the reasoning but still think it makes zero sense. It basically sends a message to existing paying customers that they’re not as important as new customer when all you have to do is get a full refund and then re-order. Unnecessary and time consuming hoops to jump through is not a good customer experience. One of the many reasons I’m done with this company.

I had to point out how ridiculous this was when my Skratch statue arrived broken and they said there were no replacements. Eventually they authorized an exchange.

I don't know what the hell is going on with SS's delay of Catwoman, so I canceled, got my NRD back, and ordered directly from P1... I don't know if it'll be any faster though. Oh well.
