Question about boxes
Ok so I got a silly question to ask.
Do you guys, or gals, keep the brown outer shipping box or do you throw them away?
I have been keeping them thinking it will hold more of a value to them, or is that not the case?
Anyone bothered about the brown box or do you guys just put it in the trash?

Keep them. They take up aprox the same amount of space as the color box. No matter how much you think you'll never sell a piece, you just never know. Minds were made for changing.

I keep them, I have sold 6-7 statues that I did not plan on ever selling and it was way more beneficial to have them. Not sure if it helps value wise, but it does help with shipping.
However, my wife -----es every time she goes in the garage and sees the massive wall of boxes.

The color art box with the packaging is way more important to have value wise than the shipper but it's smarter to hold onto both for shipping purposes .

Keep, the art box in the shipper doesn't take up much more space.

I keep all and have no interest in any resale, but the styrofoam packer is the most important for any future move, why not just keep it in the art box in the shipper. No added room over storing just the styrofoam packer.

If they come with em, I try to keep em if I can.
Usually they are not that much bigger than the artbox you are keeping anyway. So might as well and protect the artboxes.

I keep them for ease in case I move. It's easier to just repack them if you move and protect the art boxes with the brown shipper.

I usually keep them, unless they arrive in really bad shape then I'll throw them out.
