Yeah they keep selling they'll keep making them.

I think there's just a huge risk aversion with character selection across all statue companies except maybe XM.

If you're gonna invest ~$50,000 in a prototype then production you don't want to end up in the red because you took a chance on who to sculpt.

No reason to get excited until they actually show this as a preview since they don't tease anymore until a statue is close to pre-order. Maybe this will be one of the 12 Day reveals?

Still if they do have Terry Dodson working with them I wish they did his Emma Frost on throne. I believe it's Uncanny X-Men #500 where Dodson drew Emma seated with the other female X-Men around her.

Not that this Vampirella doesn't look good. It could be really special with the material sculpting near the bottom of the throne. But we already have a seated Vampirella.

Vampirella is a nearly 50 year-old character. She has a large following. It's not just a random half-naked chick.

LMAO!!!!! I will assume you don't follow ARH much, if at all.
I barely even follow them. I pop into their threads on here maybe once a month and I still know that they have been rehashing their characters on a regular basis.

2 Cleopatra (+ variants)
3 Arhians
4 Queen of the Vampires/Arkhalla
3 Medusas (original 1/6 ×3 variants, two 1/4 Curse of Beauty, 2 versions of Medusa Victorious, Medusa victorious with legs) technically 8+ versions
Multiple Leonidas
Multiple Achilles
2 Valkyrie (+ variant)

I don't think we know for sure what scale this is in yet. So, yeah.

Almost on the same scale as ARH's redundancy.
But, I will give it a chance. I still appreciate the artistry.

And SS has certainly matched those numbers :P Hence the I don't think the "almost". They put a lot more total product so there are more singletons but in terms of rehashing they do it often. Recolors of the same one I hardly consider a new "version". Like PCS' P2 colors is not a new version :<

Dejah Thoris been around since 1917. Only thing around for her to rip off at the time were her clothes...

This is very true. Make her blonde and change the colour of her outfit and I wouldn't take a look at this. I'm very interested in this though. I have the original PF paired up with a framed copy of Vampirella 1, but I wouldn't mind adding another statue to my display. The second PF didn't do anything for me. Something about the face put me off.

You are correct, far longer than Vampirella or Red Sonja has been around!

Please no more 1/5.... a red devil horn lady in 1/4 on throne would be nice!
