I just received my shin bust but I have no tracking for the Akuma bust. They were paid at the same time and payment was confirmed. I've emailed customer service with no response.

Shipping sees them as separate orders so they dont necessarily go out at the same time.
CS is a bit behind. i think they are running 4 days behind on responding as there are a lot of emails.

I see they responded to you on Sep 3rd. Its always nice to follow up any complaint post in this thread with an update letting people know your issue was resolved.

No, they are two separate people. Thought I read on here Wolfgang helps out when he can buy he's not in cs full time, he helped me in March with an issue and Dustin helped me just last week. Don't know if he still does

Are we supposed to get a confirmation that our payments have been received? Never got one and I sent mine on the day I got the email (30th)
