No offense HB; but, your last line suggests you take this "hobby" too seriously. In the end, though, who cares how many positive or negative comments there are. Negative (or positive) comments aren't the driving force behind collecting for you; nor, are they going to change your collecting habits, are they? Just let'em roll off you bud. Just think, in 10 years, who's going to care!

People keep this on topic. Peoples reasons for leaving are their own. I've PM'd Shang asking him to stay on. If he decides to come back great. How long is the poll staying open. A week is normally enough.

Its only my opinion of course but there is something organic in a sculptor producing something which i prefer. It may not produce 100% likeness but its man made.

I do agree with you though, gotta love an artist sculpted piece. But on the other hand, the GG stuff is getting better and better, the scanned stuff looks amazingly detailed.

I don't think the production ones will llok as good as the "artist proof" but in the case of the pose it may not have too. To me it looks as if that peice was done with much care and attention to detail. I will have to add it to my collection!
