Pretty sure spiderman's the con exclusive. This is turning out to be a super sick year for XM. I thought they couldn't outdo their track record last year.

The Spider-Man that's been printed already? Yea, no, I can't see that being the con exclusive. IMO it's too basic.
Dark Phoenix is going to be monstrous and exactly what XM likes to have in a Con Exclusive. Big, colorful, high demand character.

Spiderman is anything but basic, if anythings a con exclusive going by those standards magneto will be in the running as well.

Looks good. Need to get rid of the zipper completely and round out the collar. Just make the costume more comic accurate. The Phoenix emblem covering up most of the zipper doesn't make sense anyway. IMO, the flaming eagle looks kinda small as well.
