It's probably one of the Un-Men as an EX. Probably Cranius, if it's small but cool. Of course, it could also be another element of the swamp base and I could be completely wrong in my guesstimate. lol

I thought the ex was a bag of dope seeds to help you get over sticker shock (once grown) and plus for internationals customers a tin of swamp gas to cover the sniffer dogs.
