I made The NIGHT KING - GoT

Hello fellas,
Back again after my Darkness creation to reveal my most recent piece, The Night King himself!
I modelled him off of the Hardhome episode, where he was played by Richard Brake (he has since been changed a bit after they switched actors).
Here's the Youtube video of the timelapse sculpt:

That there is the end of the sculpt, but the video has the full demo, including painting and armour. I will be taking more pictures later. Hope you guys like it!

That looks absolutely amazing!

I had no idea how many layers of painting you had to do to get the effect right.

I repainted this guy 6 times trying to get it right, and I am still not satisfied. Part of the problem is... they changed actors, they change scenes, they add CGI post production to give him a glow and ice effect, and do blending.
I modelled him off the HardHome version primarily. Colour wise, it was hellish trying to settle in on something. People I showed seemed to like the "darker" versions I had where he had more black, but it stopped looking like he was an "Ice" being and more demonic, so I had to dial back on that to maintain the fact that he is, indeed, the Night King from the show.
There's a lot of directions you can take with it, but I decided to hover around the blue territory, rather than the grey (which I dont' think looks right).
Thanks for your interest, mate!

Your sculpt is amazing. If you want it to look more like the current night king though you will have to mod the nose a bit. Or not... yours is actually better than the current night king, who has a nose like squidworth from sponge bob.

Aye, this was modelled after the Hardhome Night King, which was played by Richard Brake, who has since been replaced by Vladimir Furdik, who is notably a very different looking fellow. I prefer the old Night King, as I think he looked a lot more menacing

Thank you. Thanks to all of you for the encouragement.

Trying to think of what to do next... I have a list of things I want to do... AWIL is one I planned to do soonish... But there are a lot of other choices.
