I agree it's over for them - as a producer of SW statues and likely as a company.
Although, even if they did announce something this year I wouldn't pre-order it/them anywhere. We see how well that worked with the probe droid. I don't trust them anymore. I'd buy what I wanted after they were released from a trusted distributor.
Sad to say becasue they've produced the most amazing SW statues I've seen.

The price is pretty low right now man. There is currently a Sergeant on eBay for $250. I'd snag one while you still can, its an amazing piece and thats way below retail. The cheapest I've actually seen.

Well, this should shed some light on the subject:
Hi Ian
Hopefully before the end of the year.
We should be announcing the release by the end of the summer. We finally
found the company that can produce them and we are finalizing the details
with Lucas. It will be the only star wars piece this year
I`ll contact when we have all the details.
