(as far as i'm aware) This is the first *new* image of Chun-Li 1/3 since she went up for pre order all that time ago 
Kinda wish i had Classic on pre order along with Alpha (which i have on pre order).

Should it convert does Sideshow take full payment? ..or is a payment plan offered as an option?

It converts as NRD and full remainder due on shipment however if you contact support generally they can make it a payment plan if there is still a while till it ships (at least for SS/P1 stuff I've ordered in the past)

I edited a correction actually sorry, it charges the NRD immediately and full remainder upon shipment. But you should still be able to do a Payment Plan.
