I feel like the 1/1 variant thing is a sham. Just a righteous cash grab. Defeats the purpose of having an actual 1/1. "Here's a whole stack of 1/1's, $60 each". They started it with the Drake stuff, using all the different papers. I don't approve. Only thing I'd get from that show would be the Edge OG.

I agree with the 1/1 statement. It's a sham. I personally think all the Vance Kelly, James rheem Davis and Tobin stuff are fantastic. I actually like everything in the show. Of course VK & JRD are in my top 5 artists. That Aliens print is the best I've seen for that movie.
Funny, if Mondo had dropped any of these they would be sold out now.

Is HCG the only gallery doing the multiple 1/1 paper variant thing right now?

Vance Kelly is doing some of the best work in the business when it comes to movie posters nowadays. I received both his 'Legend' and 'ALIENS' print this week and was blown away by both. Kills me that this guy hasn't really caught on with the masses yet.
Really hoping to get some more people in on our Statue Forum - Escape From New York - Private Commission with him as we're coming up way short currently.
Anyways... I took a quick pic of ALIENS to share. Metallics are amazing in the stars as they really pop as does the fog effect on the print's sides. One of my favorite prints in years and something I cannot wait to frame.

Love the green variant. Vance's Age of Ultron is awesome too.

I agree. His AoU is my favorite print of the many produced from that film.
