Well i sent them this,
Seriously I was quick to respond to get my replacements first so I could get the best looking options and you still send pieces with errors and now I will never get a good replacement this is terrible in my opinion. Ive waited a over a year for an thanks exclusive and now you tell me you screwed the pooch. You need to work with me more here. Plus I already had a credit for a chipped fang on the left throne arm. Hope to hear from you soon.
Then they sent this
Thanks again for taking the time to reach out, and giving us the chance to make this right. I have booked replacement order, to replace your flawed replacement exclusive head and gauntlet. This new order will ship to your address from the original order after being inspected by our internal QA team.
When your new exclusive head and gauntlet arrive, please be sure to check that your replacement parts are acceptable. If there are no problems, please safely destroy the original parts within 5 business days and send me a photo of all destroyed pieces. Be sure to include photos of the item’s edition number should your item have one.
Make sure your item is destroyed beyond reasonable repair. Do not dispose of your item until you have received an email back that the photos have been accepted. Any parts not destroyed, or thrown away prior to approval of photos, may result in an additional service fee.
I hope they've learned for everyone else who is still waiting on an ex head we want it perfect

Really strange how they're having some people destroy defective pieces before they ship the replacement, and others get the replacement first and then the customer destroys the defective parts.

Not to be a killjoy, but might just be a rejected part by someone else they are now shipping to you. They just did the same with my P1 GL last week... Still waiting for a response on that matter.

Update Email today: "We are expecting an update from the factory on replacement parts soon. We will email you an expected ship date when we receive word from the factory"
I'm waiting on a replacement body and left arm rest.

I got my full replacement today, number 3149 if i remeber correctly, and it is flawlwss so ss came through for me.
