Just got Mercy and it was the weirdest thing. I pop open the shipper and I immediately notice the top of the inner box is a little dirty and sticky, too, after a little inspection. Then I notice the moisture in the inside of the plastic bag. Pull that bad boy out and the entire bottom half of the box is just soaked. I mean, it's on the verge of falling apart. No way I'm getting the styro out without it turning to mush.
The shipper didn't show a single sign of any water damage inside or out, it's literally just the inner box/inside of the bag. I'd just like to know what in the hell happened here lol.
Needless to say, she's going back.
