Wow, looks like you are better off trying to find a custom one. I think they exist although you'd have to break the arms to get the old one off I think.

Wow, that looks really bad. I had seen pics on other PFs of the jacket flaking around the cuff, but I had not seen damage that extensive. So sorry! Like cstojano said, some folks have gone the custom route and replaced the jacket.

I'm assuming on display. I bought it off Ebay for about half what I'd normally seen them (which was still more than most PFs), but the damage didn't look that bad. I think it got worse on it's trip too me. There were literally flakes in the package.

Well, now that I feel completely sick to my stomach over this... I may just have to live with it or go the custom route that was mentioned.

Thanks to all who tried to help. If I do replace the jacket, I'll update with new, less flaky pics.

It really does stink that you have to deal with it. Maybe just customize the whole piece or even take off the jacket all together? This is one piece I passed on back when it was released because of the hit or miss paint application that was applied to the skin. I would like it if another classic Indy was done though. We def need more of him.

This was one of my fav pieces by SSC,.... But the jacket issues forced me to sell.... It just sucks so bad that it does that.

In the end it works out because I got the TOD Indy and the paint apps I got on mine are Perfect and he really looks like ford... I still love the original... If I could figure out how to get a good custom Jacket I would buy this again in a sec.
