Congrats John. This is awesome. Is it approved by Capcom? I thought there were some issues?
I know you guys are doing some extra work with them (if the action figure teases are what we think they are) so I guess that means more regular meetings and more aprovals. Can you shed any light? This was quite a wonderful surprise!

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Nah...I think if they add more upperbody mass..he'll look wacky..I think John hit the nail on the head with this one. Video games will exaggerate the proportions at times..it won't look right in statue form.

his body will be covered with cloth, so he will look smaller than he is now IMO. I mean, he is depicted both in comic book and video game as a big hefty dude.
Perhaps John C. can have a comaprison shot of current WIP and another shot with a bit more mass?

And ignore my comments on pose. At the time I totally forgot SF and MK classics are more the idle/starting pose and less of action, like mk9.
Think this might be the first that I try to pre-order.
For mass, a pic or two from before easily has him next to Ryu, so I hope he is around that much bigger/more in mass.

I resculpted the PF Gouken from scratch. The dio Gouken and this one are both unique sculpts I did.
