BD game is region free.

but BR video is region coded.

region A - America, Japan

I'm sure there are two more regions, but can't remember from top of my head

virtua fighter 5 is okay, its not exactly a "pick up and play" game, you have to invest time into it. Personally I'm waiting for ninja gaiden sigma...
