Hey guys, if anyone is on the fence about the 1/5 Rex, we have five left from the run and then it's SOLD OUT!

I'll just wait and get it on eBay. Maybe save some money.

LOL..once they sell out you won't get them cheaper on eBay. Unless you're cool with owning a used and damaged one

Why would one on eBay be "used and damaged"? I get plenty of mint pieces from there.

That's not what he's saying. He's saying that a used and damaged one is the only way you'd get it cheaper on eBay.

Yeah I don't think so, not at 750 pieces. I was looking at eBay and you can get most of the stuff that CC has released at lower then retail.
I saw a Cain for $963, retail was $1,300
ED-209 around $950 retail was $1,200
Endo Skull for $450 retail was $600

I really hate paying retail prices and then seeing it on eBay for less. I want my stuff to increases in value not decrease.

Well to be safe you better buy sooner than later. I don't know that it's fair to judge CC products when they are still so new. We see how some much older stuff that have as much as 10,000 pieces selling for very high prices. Granted I have high end Star Wars ship collectibles and T2 in mind when I say that...

With such low ES I think value only grows as the years go by. But you have to admit, your examples aren't the best. We're talking a TG skull and Robo stuff that doesn't touch the fan base numbers of other movies.

Right now we're talking Jurassic Park. It's a risk considering the bust is almost sold out...none of the TG/Robo stuff is sold out yet with far less ES. Just food for thought. I didn't think there would be much interest for the rex bust but if it's almost sold out....

I'm not trying to help Paul get a sale here, for the record. It's just that you seem like such an avid collector of this stuff that I'd hate to see you burn yourself. If you want this bust at all, I think it's a mistake to gamble on eBay, but that's just my 2 cents.

Yes you are correct, the longer you hold on to stuff the more it increase in value. I don't understand people that sell stuff at such a loss. I would rather hold on to it and wait until the value increases. I made that mistake a few times. I sold a Doom Ex on the Throne for $400 something and now it sales for $4k.
