So people on Facebook have received theirs crack free and customer service has told them if it isn't cracked it shouldn't be a problem..... Yet it was claimed by Jerry EVERY shin kanji was cracked on the forums? More and more conflicting statements by the day and it's a crapshoot if we get a response for refunds even though they were offered on the forums. All in the same office/warehouse.... Let's get on the same page for once eh?

Been discussed in various groups The last few weeks. Someone just posted a few hours ago in sc he received his with no cracks and customer service told him it shouldn't crack if it didn't come with any. Also Omar' s have no cracks.

Well it's been suspected those not on the main delivery to the U.S. may not have the same chance of being defective but that would still encompass a small percentage of the run.

so mine has shipped,, im just waiting for the new customs duty to hit me,, Indian customs has been increased from 10% to 42% this month,, if this was shipped last month , i could have saved some serious money,, Im just praying it reached me in one piece, i can digest a bit of paint flaking or paint blemishes, but any damages Im gonna be a bit grumpy
