Wow, these two pieces are pretty sweet. There's a certain beauty about comic statues that gets me to admire them so much. I'm glad I bought both amazing pieces to see them side by side. It was a tough choice, but in the end, I decided to keep the Comiquette. I guess I'll just list the PF on ebay for cheap to pass along to another collector. Thanks everyone for your input...Now I need a Venom to compliment Spidey! I just bought the Venom XM and SS Comiquette, I'm gonna have to do the same process and see them side by side...

@Slickrick - Congrats man!! I think you made the right choice I have the Venom Com and it's sick. I have XM's coming too but even if it's nice, (which I'm sure it is) I can't see myself selling that comiquette. That thing is beautiful.

I have a question, Are the EX parts for the exclusive compatible with the regular release of Spiderman?

Is it just me or does there seem to be a very noticeable variation in colour with this piece from when it was first released. Some of the old pics made him looks so dull. Almost like the colours were washed out, but he looks much more vibrant in new pics that I see.

Possibly. I think it depends on lighting, camera and other factors. I was one of the first to get one. Mine looks pretty saturated as well.

Yeah you're probably right. Just lighting. I distinctly remember thinking the red looked almost orange on a lot of them. Yours looks dope though. I'm so tempted to snag one of these. Just waiting to see what P1 offers.
