For people waiting
I'm internationnal buyers, I paid shipping for Conan and Ryu on December
conan USPS => 5 days from tracking receipt
Ryu fedex => 5 days from tracking receipt
it seems your tracking has an issue

When you see tracking it's just for a label.
They may make labels in error, cancel them, anything really.

Wow that is just unbelievable I love PCS but that is a serious issue I mean thats downright amateuristic What also concerns me is I posted a question about "shipping status on the usps website" (you know because if anywhere there would be people with experience on recieving packages it would be) on the pcs facebook group but my question got deleted If they are now censoring questions about shipping statuses then I'm starting to worry...

I talked to PCS customer service today (I believe Heather), and voiced after payment of shipping, which I just did earlier this month, how long to expect tracking?
She said about two weeks.
I informed her that in all honesty, the window of shipment needs to be tighter, and I would much rather get an update that a statue won't this until June, rather than wait and hope for weeks on end. Manage customer expectations. Tell me June and surprise! Shipment received in April. Everyone's PO shipped within 1-2 week span.
I have done pack-out shipments. It's difficult for me to understand why labeling and ship out of around 300 packages can't be done within 5 days. Agency temps can even be hired to assist if the man power isn't there.
Alas, PCS is growing and changing, and I look forward to their success.

This isn't Amazon which often even takes a week for shipping that isn't free.
PCS just needs to put a disclaimer that most packages ship 4-6 weeks from payment or arrival in their warehouse whichever is later.
If all of PCS's customer service issues were solved in a 4-6 week window no one would have any valid complaints as far as I'm concerned.

Took about almost 2 months for mine to ship a while back on a Bust, funny thing is that I forgot all about it lol. We both must have forgot I even had a Bust on order.

It states on PCs Facebook all shipping questions need to be addressed to customer service if posted it will be deleted that’s why your comment got deleted.
