Oh I bet it's as close to Lee as we will get from any company. There are many changes to her suit that makes her not exactly Lee, but XM takes license with costume designs and we were aware of that from the beginning. So that's fine by me. The suit color is the biggest change IMO, and I think it will be a cold day in hell before ANY company makes it the comic book correct color.
As, I think this piece looks great overall, and Storm is my be-all-end-all-fave, this needs to get into my collection. I will make it happen!

Do the right thing and connect that cape to the wrists like originally rendered.
That would make this excellent statue even better.
