I just called their customer service number and they picked up. Have now sorted out the website payment issues and payed my remaining balance.

I just received my Achilles' shipping notice. Should be here next Monday. My first ARH statue. I also have Leonidas on order (hopefully a shipping notice soon). Now, if ARH can just do a Maximus from "Gladiator," to effect the "sword and sandals" trifecta.

By way of hindsight wish lists... I would have loved seeing a variant of this that included the slave priestess that he kept. I'm not sure if she was in the actual mythology or just in the movie. Not that I would care. I think this statue is awesome and that would have made it irresistible to me.

Now that I think on it... The addition of a chained slavegirl would make ANY ARH piece 100% better.

Yes, The Iliad also has Agamemnon dishonor Achilles by taking the priestess for himself (who Achilles had claimed as his prize).

Personally I think it would be badass to have Hectors slain body with feet tied together at Achilles feet.
That's also similar to the Troy movie, where in his rage, Achillves ties his slain foe behind him and drags him around behind the chariot.
That wouldn't have been that hard for them to do, the new Medusa has 2 slain foes as part of the dio and it looks amazing.

I'm not sure why they went with such a simple base though I appreciate it translated to keeping the price down. (I like the base much more on the Achilles Battle Fury statue)

On this thread (or maybe the shipping update thread). No pics just a post from a guy saying it's broken.

On the ARH Facebook page? Any EX head pics? I'll have to go see!
