I didn't think there was ever an option for those larger ones?
Given they reduced the size of the 1/4 venom and punisher statues I doubt we'd get these larger scaled versions.
I could be tempted with maybe one of them though...

No there never was an option to get them. I doubt they will start offering them. These chibi/animated style usually sell as minifigures. I would love a giant sized Venom and Spider-Man pair but I'm not holding my breath.
