Sad how east coast gets no love for mostly all big events. So they don't care about Washington DC where all the most important things for our country try takes place? The president of the USA is here and all the big events like comic cons, auto shows, etc we get the subpar shows. They don't even bother to come here. Really sad.... Even the hot artist skips this area but attends all those mid usa statues for conventions. What gives? NYCC I heard getting tickets was impossible and it's a mess going there. Is it? Is there so many people there that we cant even see anything? It's NY, is it worth the trouble going too NYCC? Can I even get tickets? I heard tickets sell out one year ahead of time.

Part of it is entertainment and these companies are out west. Each show they go to is a major expenditure.
I had not heard NYCC was so har to get a ticket to, but have heard it is crowded.

I can tell you that no big statue companies have ever been to Baltimore ComiCon. I have gone several time to Baltimore and haven't seen them. BUT Baltimore is a great show to get commissions, art, and such. Highly recommend going if you've never been. Parking is easy too.
