Daken needs to die & stay dead. The MU is already saturated with Wolverine, it doesn't need Emo Wolverine as well.

Also, haven't read Spidey in awhile but the last time the showed Mysterio, he was actually just reanimated but was technically still dead, right?

In a slight change of pace, I would argue that having been brought back from the dead in Dead Avengers (and not as a zombie, either), and having survived the battle that (re-)took out Mar-Vell, the Vision and others...
The SWORDSMAN has EARNED his place back among the living.
I don't care what the editor for Chaos War said... the Swordsman was alive at the end of D.A., and he'd better STILL be alive.
The classic Vision and Mar-vell should have survived, too (how many times is Marvel planning to fake us out in terms of Mar-Vell's status?)... but that's another story.
