Well, their bust update does include the following bit of text:
"We are expecting more improvement in the overall of the statue including new packaging and more."
Maybe a tongue falls within the spectrum of "and more."

To wrong their own mistake with the original bust? I didn't ask for free shipping, I'd happily cover that if they offer a useable (safely) Bust to original DX owners. I really don't think that's entitled? The bust is beautiful, and as you saw in my pictures, it is in use. But it is beyond unstable, you could quite literally blow it over. That shouldn't be the case and it is entirely their fault for either not designing it properly, or not testing it..
