At this point, for LotR collectors, I don't think it matters.

Companies have been butchering this line since day 1 - with none of the manufacturers producing anything close to the actor's likenesses. It's terrible.

If it takes an articulated figure to finally get decent reproductions of the characters - then so be it.

Well you're wrong, there's no way I'd buy an articulated figure over a statue

I have plenty of LOTR statues with good likenesses, and am very happy.

You could always buy both then cut the heads off and switch them.

…….I say that in jest knowing there are dudes who are probably doing that very thing.

I was thinking the same thing, I don't know what possesses people to post dumb overgeneralized proclamations like that.

Probably the same thing that possessed you to offer your dumb response.

Perhaps you've never heard of "an opinion".....a perspective based on personal experience? Are you the type of person who screams at the T.V. when a fictional character says something offensive....because you think it's aimed at you?...Probably.

Maybe, because of your obvious learning difficulties - and your child-like sensibilities, I should have wrote:

"In my opinion - I believe - at this point, for some LotR collectors - but not all, because I want to avoid offending people with a generalised statement - I personally don't think it matters.

I think companies have been butchering this line since day 1 - with none of the manufacturer's - in my opinion - producing anything close to the actor's likenesses. I think this is terrible.

In my opinion, and for me as a individual collector- If it takes an articulated figure to finally get decent reproductions of the characters - then so be it - that's what I'd rather spend my money on."

Is that better?........idiot.

Yeah - clearly irony is lost on you.

Yes - I'm a butt hurt child because two faceless nobodies on the internet "called" me out for daring to have an opinion.....

Great. Can I get on with my life now? or do you have more valuable wisdom to share?
