Yes those. Why? They already armored him with knee and elbow pads. I understand that on this scale you want to add texture and detail but this is so unappealing. It is a minor criticism but worth noting. Yeh if you like it go for it. It should be very impressive in person. I am debating myself on whether or not to get it? I have my XM OG but don't mind 1/3 if it looks good.

This should top out a little under 35", correct?

That's going by Rogers being 6'5" and figuring the base will end up being just under 10" where the feet start.

OK, this has an estimated ship date around 1/20.

But Spec Fic's page also states
Quote:
~Sea shipping will take about 1-2 months to reach the USA.
So if you go through SF, is it being shipped to each buyer direct from Singapore, or is SF getting them in and then shipping from his location?

Either way, US customers would still need to take on one to two months- which would take actual delivery mid February thru early March.
Out of the whole first six months of the year, that's the exact time I'll be on the road for work.

Huge-ass parcel.
Likely winter conditions/snow on the ground
No one home to take receipt and check for breakage/issues.

Great

...actually that should be

Wow this statue is awesome. Wish I could pick this one up but I have SS Juggernaut and XM Beta Ray Bill on pre-order. I can't afford it right now. Freaking sucks. Hopefully Thor doesn't come up for order soon. Give me time to get some cash.

I imagine Thor will still be a little while; it's never actually even been shown yet. All we've seen is a silhouette picture.

I just wonder how many more of these are going to be made because it does say in the description ".....The first of many such pieces....."

I'm not sure they would say that if their only intention was to make Cap, Thor, and Magneto. If the first few do well I would have to think Iron Man is a given.

1/3 Iron Man and Hulk scaled to 30-40'.. then would be done..

and maybe 1/3 Captain Marvel and Spidey...

mm.. this is dangerous...

"Easy pass".

Great statue in general but I prefer the military style suit than the classic one.
In 1/3 scale a Rogers portrait is a necessity in my case.

I will continue with the SS one which I love.

I love the armor portrait, very well done and intimidating.

P.O is going on May 5th. I bet you this thing is going to sell out quick, so if you want it don't wait.

The estimated shipping charges are also not very clear on Spec's site.

There is a $100 estimated sea shipping charge to the US.
Below that is a $250 charge for the US and Canada

So does that mean a likely a combined minimum shipping fee of $350 for the US?
Is Canada the same, or are they only $250?

That is daunting in itself, as is the $450 immediate deposit fee.
