And I guess Sideshow's own new 1/4 scale Batman has been up for preorder long enough, that they chose to finally put this Prime 1 piece up for preorder.

This looked stunning at TCC. I’m considering it as a one-off piece since I’m not collecting the New 52 line, and I’m not sure how it’d fit with my old PF Trinity set. I could maybe justify it by not getting the Tweeterhead Batman, which I’d been considering to get to go with their Joker that I bought as a one-off.
I could see this potentially being slightly more expensive than others in the line, partly because the cape is quite big; hopefully it isn’t too bad for collectors who have been really looking forward to it.

I'm not getting any other P1 New 52 either. I think it will look great with the new SS PF Joker/Harley/Catwoman/Mr Freeze. I don't like the SS Batman at all, but this one is just about perfect.

The only other New 52 statues that I would consider picking up would be Cyborg and Green Lantern to begin a Justice League Collection. I was going to pair them up with this New Batman the New SS Wonder Woman, and New Green Arrow, and wait for SS to come out with another Superman Statue in the Classic Costume. Hopefully SS will make Flash, and Martian Manhunter down the road.
