I got an email from him today saying it would go out. We will see. I all of a sudden realized this is what paypal dispute is for!

I got the same message, but unfortunately I've heard that it's going out this week more then a hundred times and that's no exaggeration

90 days only, I think. You need to set the deadline. Be mindful of your timeline.

that is what I thought so I went the route of posting here. But when I went to paypal. it said something about 180 days and let me put a dispute in.
We will see if he actually ships.
I told him I would close the dispute upon receipt.

Paypal doesn't consider commissions to be tangible items. Thankfully, most artists haven't a clue what that means.

I finally got something from him
this is "with backgrounds".
I felt I had to use paypal as a bargaining tool.
He seems nice, but just lots of problems.
anyway I thought I would put the end on the post and say yes I did get something but be wary.

Question - do you enjoy the artwork enough to keep it or will looking at it just remind you of the giant headache compliments of the artist?
