statue

The barbarian statue that was supposly sold for 66.00 is relisted on e-bay. I guess it didnt sell. But now his listing says it looks like someone tried to repair the statue yet in his first listing he tells you its broken. So I guess he tried to repair it and now hes trying to sell it with repairs. http://cgi.ebay.com/Moore-Frazettas-...ht_8556wt_1026

741 feedback, listed a statue without its base, without its box, and with broken peices, but still managed to choose the "New" option for condition of item?

Yea no thanks.

I'm saving money right now to get enough to have Paul Moore paint my nude version.

Right now I have the factory paint version (nude) next to my Castro version (regular) and the factory paint really needs to be improved.

Once I save up enough money what do you guys recommend for

1. Girls hair color

2. Girl's skin tone. I kind of like tan but Conan is so tan that she is usually whiter for contrast.

Thoughts?

If it was mines, I would keep the hair dark like the reference and go a tad darker than the ivory skin reference.

I envy you... 2 of the best painters in the biz tackling your Barbarian, keep us posted and get him to do another WIP thread for us.

Dang this one went cheap

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...:B:WNA:US:1123

I was watching it but missed the ending. I already have a nude anyway but would have bought another at this price.

Congrats to whoever won it. Anyone here by chance?

Both worth serious deniro, and still fetch over $400.00 in rough economic times, that says a lot about this statues staying power, IMO I think the grey countersample would be worth more because only 15 were made and is much more rare.
