It's probably a small horse ride, half the size of normal merry go rounds for kids to ride.

Half size, maybe quarter size. Thinking about it some more, probably full size.

In this image Deadpool's head appears to be 1/4 scale, and the horse looks like the size of a horse from an adult size ride.


In this shot, Deadpool's lower leg appears to be 4x the scale of the horse.


Thinking about it, i think it is the photo to blame for the confusion.
Deadpool's lower leg is probably a lot closer to the lens than the horse.

..or XM have had a rethink, and the horse has been scaled down

Don´t forget the horse is not straight up, you can see it on the pictures.

I can see that the horse is leaning.
They're going to need a solid metal pole to hold that up.

I think the connection between base and horse is an complete metal pole.

It would have to be. That one pole has to support the horse and Deadpool (2x 1/4 scale pieces) and the type of stone resin XM use appears to weigh more than what Sideshow use.
