Conference is from 21-23 May, although I'm looking at flying over on 20 May if I can get the day off. That way, I can possibly meet with people on the Thursday night or on the Friday before the conference starts. The conference finishes early Sunday afternoon, so I might be able to catch up with people before I fly back too. Alternatively, I could look at giving up one of the conference dinners.
