Urgent help required

I had to cancel the Kong diorama.i had paid it to the full except the last payment .after cancelling they refunded only three payments and prime 1 customer service not responding to my email.

Give them time to respond. Perhaps file a paypal claim?

I paid my order except the last payment with shipping.i decided to cancel it and now they have refunded only 3 payment.rest 4 months payment was not refunded.they r not responding to emails

How long ago did you contact them? Have you given them ample time to respond?

I'm not sure what kind of help you are expecting other than suggestions. I don't think any of the Prime 1 employees actually hang out here. Other than continuing to e-mail you might try their facebook page and if you can post there or send them a Facebook PM. If anyone knows of a phone number you could also try calling them. If any SF member has personal connections it would be great if you could contact them for this member I'm sure he would appreciate it. Good Luck.
