Yeah if they were going to copy the poster pose, I wish they had had her looking downward in the same way too. As it would fit the sexy strut she's doing far better than her looking up at the clouds.
She appears to be looking a bit more straight ahead in the white suit version, which is why I'm liking that sculpt a bit more at the moment. And her hair being down seems to help with the likeness too.

Looking at those two images side by side.
The black strip across the chest area, and collar should feature a silver edge. Hot Toys didn't bother either. It should be present on 1/4 scale.
The black mesh resolution appears to be much lower on the statue, possibly because of resin limitations?
The two vertical thick black smooth strips on the front of the outfit that go left and right should be wider at the left and right points. This is something Hot Toys got right.
Not to sure why Queen Studio's chose to have Black Widow looking upwards, almost in a dreamy state of mind, not focused.
Her neck width/length and ear size look on point. Her head size could use enlarging slightly.

This thought right here is spot on to me. Just look at the 2 pictures. It does not look like her face on the poster. I know it can't be 100% accurate, but still should be atleast close.

It would be interesting to see what a skilled painter could do with the GG as those paint apps are fairly flat and basic. The samples I've seen are excellent in terms of precision, just not as lush and detailed to 2021 levels.
Then again, this is a prototype given enormous amounts of TLC and attention. I'm going to need to see the Holland production pieces in hand before I break out any better adjectives.
So far it looks pretty damn impressive to me. Perfect? No. But substantially better than most (all?) of the BW HT figures, and there's no mistaking who this is supposed to be.
If I didn't already have the GG, I would be so ready to order this right now.
I'm kind of glad it's not a look for the character I'm crazy about, as it lets me pass on it with little to no regrets.
The white suit may be a buy for me, unless they do some hinky marketing BS and jack the price up and limit the ES. The ES on the black at that price point is going to be WW-sized, and they'll sell out all of them.

The jawline being the main thing throwing it off..?
Don't disagree. Again portrait is better from certain angles.

Yeah the head is definitely looking a bit undersized in the full body shot.

Come to think of it, the suit had a lot more grey tones than this, the suit is more comic accurate but not screen accurate

So this will likely total at or around $1K.

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if the total for this hit over $1K.
$730 seems a reasonable price point for this, at this particular moment in time, but no one is actually going to be spending just that for it.

Oddly enough, to me that comparison shows precisely what a great job they've done in my opinion. All you have to do is cover the eyes on the statue and compare the rest.
They really should have had her looking at us as in the poster, though. Doing so would have given her more attitude and maybe improved the likeness for those saying she looks like other actresses.
