Forum Discussion, the good, the bad and the ugly...
Ok, lots of moaning going on lately, both newbies and oldies alike. Obviously, when a forum grows as large as this one has, you're going to get personalities which clash, even if on a superficial level.
So, I want to hear your gripes, in public, no bullsh!t. I'm not talking about who you like and who you don't like. I'm talking about the fact that you hate too many polls being posted. You hate ANY thread which evern REMOTELY touched on political or religious topics. Zombie Wolvie blinking on the screen annoys you to no end...
The moderators police the forum, but the members MAKE the forum. I want to know what changes (either additions or subtractions) you guys may want to see. I'm not guaranteeing that any suggestions will turn into action, but if we see certain themes or similar suggestions, we can certainly look into making some changes.
And please, don't argue in this thread. In fact, I don't want to see anyone even quote someone else's post. Just speak for yourself and we'll see where this goes.

I like the idea of limiting a member to starting a maximum of one poll a day and three polls in a week.
I like the idea of not deleting any posts in an elimination game until the game is concluded. I also like the idea of giving a three day notice prior to locking an elimination thread if it has not yet naturally concluded.
Threads in the Bowen section should be Bowen related. If a thread hits 10K and has a significant # of posts that are about lunch, it should be moved to the Community section.
I think this sums up a bunch of things that some are concerned with, and I am on board with all of these.

There is so much nonsense and crap in the Bowen section that I don't like going there anymore. Its kinda sad since I actually buy more Bowen statues than anything else (besides comic art).
Thankfully there is the Comic art section of the forum where things are alot more sane. So far none of the Bowen forum nonsense has made its way over there.

I would like to see if we can implement some kind of feedback for Adimantium members so that people who want to buy from sellers know who they are dealing with . I do business here sometimes, but I always get questions like "How can I trust you?" and it comes from someone with 5 posts. I feel like us members may get more business or offers with some form of feedback system. However you want to work it is fine, but its just a suggestion. Maybe a "tag" or something in the signature that says "seller since 200?" or something since I dont know how you would handle feedback.

I think the Zombie Wolverine should be flashing at random with other Statueform/comicstatue exclusives, like the sideshow ones do and just stay without constantly looping.
I think forum "Clean-up" should be stopped and just archived after they are done so members dont lose post counts.

The Bowen Section does seem to generate a lot of useless and duplicate threads... It never seems like much is done about them... i.e. Metallic Cap.

I agree with that and try to avoid it as much as possible now. Polls don't really bother me cause if I read the heading and I'm not interested then I just ignore it which most should do
