i agree looking downward looks better and makes sense.

i'm not too crazy about the unmasked heads. they look a little flat in the paint dept. but i think the hero bio portrait looks good.

but totally agree about the head tilt.

He's my favorite character without question.

The pose was the reason i didn't order this from the get-go. i want a full-on unobstructed Predator in a simple CINEMAQUETTE pose.

and yes, the EX SWS Maquette is still king.

i agree. He's perched up on the rock with this trophy on high ground looking downward safe guarding his prize.

I wouldn't be happy with the change if i was looking forward to the downward head tilt. one other thing to consider is the head lookin upwards a may make for a better display if the statue is below eye level, say if you are gonna display him 3 feet off the ground, he will be looking up. but if you carved out display space at or close to eye level it's not going to be ideal.

Everyone freaking out over what direction he's looking?!
I'd be more worried about the fit of his codpiece, drew my eye straight away.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Well there's a term you don't hear everyday.

I messaged Prime 1. They confirmed both CH and JH are shipping - the latter only in Asia for now - and suggested I look at collector photos if I want to see what they look like.

More photos...

The whole head tilting difference, isn't enough for me to personally want to cancel mine, but I liked it better looking more straight & down. It made more sense because he's on high ground.

It's not no camera angle. It's definitely different! I don't understand why the hell they would change that? It was probably easier in the engineering department, so they said screw it, let's do it.

That's why they put out the disclaimer stating, product is subject to change upon release.

Holy hell, I actually hadn't noticed that. Wow, that's bad.

Granted, it's not like this on all the other statues, but the QC is surprisingly subpar so far.

Lol, overall this statue is hitting all the marks. I can’t imagine most of the people complaining have many statues in their collections or perhaps there are manufacturers out there producing absolute perfect statues I’m not aware of.
