Working in a practice, for the bosses. Eventually I'd like to have my own... or not actually, there's a lot of responsibility as you can imagine and for the moment I just want to focus on perfecting the clinical side of things.
One day though, it'd be nice to own and hire assistant dentists to work for me so that I can sit at home and just collect paychecks.
