Should I even ask about Holy Terror...?

As someone who loathed both Dark Knight Returns and Year One and considers them the point where Batman was completely derailed as a character...no. A Miller-penned Batman/Daredevil crossover would have sucked no matter when it was written. Everything people mock about Miller now was well in existence at the time of DKR, just filtered somewhat by Dennis O'Neil and Dick Giordano. (And at the time of DKSA, one of Miller's sticking points was that O'Neil not be his editor, hence Bob Schreck getting the gig.)

At no point would I ever have wanted to see any more Miller Batman than what we've already had to put up with. And what there is should never have existed in the first place.

I think I bought one of the official Daredevil/Batman crossovers published during the dark days of the 90s, but can't remember if I ever read it.

Back then the big two were publishing new inter-company crossovers constantly. Now they won't have anything to do with each other.
