Yeah, came to post that Beast Kingdom have been doing 1/4-ish statues.
Doubt they'll do Gizmoduck, but they already did a smaller scale Darkwing figure. They seem to be going through the classic shows and doing the mains, so Darkwing may get revisited in statue form.

I just bought the Darkwing & Negaduck figures a month or two ago, first time I’d personally heard of Beast Kingdom. If they did a Darkwing of the same quality as that Scrooge I’d be thrilled.
