Want to find out if he's a liar or not? Well, go ahaed and send him the check and please do let us know what happened. I've gave you all the info you need.

Ask the SOB where my money is and post his reply here. I've contacted him way too many times about the refund since long ago...

This was want he told me and that's long time ago. Here's his email. amberseller12@yahoo.co.uk

"Hi

I've asked my new boss for my first salary to be paid 3 weeks earlier than he had intended so I can sort this out with you. It should go into my bank account on friday so I'm hoping to get this resolved on saturday. It's a lot of money as you're well aware, so if I'm mailing it, It'd have to go insured (i.e. special delivery with tracking).

The weekends is the only time I can get to a post office as my job is out in the countryside and I can't get very far on my bike during lunch breaks.

Gavin"

Btw, how did you found he's selling the bust? He's ebay page and site were all closed.

I got that bust from him too. It wasn't easy. It took a great deal of effort to get it.

Here is his answer :

"Hi

If you wouldn't mind waiting for the despatch of the item until the 5th of July, then there shouldn't be a problem. I just want you to know this now, rather than be surprised afterwards that you'd have to wait a couple of weeks for it to be sent.

I work throughout the week and also need time for the funds to be transfered to my bank account before I can use some of it to cover the shipping costs, as I don't have much I can use to hand and will have to take it out of what you send me.

I do need to sort things out with the other guy, and this purchase (on top of my salary this month) will help me resolve things sooner.

Thanks

Gavin"

Thanks man. He better do what he said. Interestingly, I got his message yeasterday. Let'e wait and see if these are BS or not.

"Hi

I'm still in work and earning so it won't be long. I keep saying this, but I actually have thousands to have to pay out and my entire months salary goes on it all practically overnight the moment I get paid. I get paid again at the end of this month (same every month on the last business day), so I'll see what I can do. I wondered that if I can't pay you in full this month, that you might accept a partial refund this month and more of your refund next month?

Gavin"
