From what I have seen and heard, the service is the same whether the customer is poor or rich.

Try being friendly first, so you dont run into problems like this.
Honestly when everyone has a good experience but you, maybe something is up with your attitude :P

I've probably picked up close to 30 pieces for me and international collectors and haven't had one issue.

I've been friendly (at least so far). The only person I've dealt with is Kelly. From everyone's responses perhaps this is unique and will iron itself out.

I have only made a single purchase from the vault but it was about as good as it could have been. That was many years ago but it does align with all the feedback you are getting. The one thing that comes to mind is how the divorce between Randy and Rocky and what the picture looks like in terms of the business. Is everything the same during this time or have things changed? I have no clue so maybe we could get some feedback from anyone who has made some very recent purchases from the vault?

To be honest though, i had bad experiences with other customer support before and i was friendly as well, at least at first.

Service has been pretty good. Some of the shipping charges have been a little absurd, but the service itself was fine.
