Todd McFarlane Batman cover goes for what???

I'm confused.. 8 days ago this went for $71000 at Heritage and today it sold for $15000 on Ebay??????? Surely the buy did not just resell it on Ebay did they?

Lesson if you have good art don't sell it on Ebay.

That's gotta be a fake auction

Check feedback. This would be his first sale.

Yeesh. Print? You gotta be kidding!

This is shameful as the seller goes on to say, "Here's a chance to own his striking rendition of DC's number one character. The art is in excellent condition and signed by the artist at the bottom. From the Shamus Modern Masterworks Collection." ...A print.

Anybody with big money in the game would know better. And it says "print" in the description. The winner either got fooled or doesn't plan on paying

Judging from the bid history, looks like there were a lot of people who were confused. They took the exact same description as the HA auction except added "print" to it.

Yikes good catch there... I read that it said print when it was at $600. When it was in the $1000's I thought this must be an original.

Lots of people with zero feedback and 1 feedback bidding. Do you guys think this was collectors trying to make sure no one got stuck with it.

$15000 for a print? I would think the buyer must have mistaken this for the original.
