They mentioned doing some of the girls when they first announced the license, so we might see Rei and Asuka at WF.

Is it normal for the Ex to cost more than the regular ($100 in this case for a pair of arms and weapon)? I guess people that would want the regular for $100 less have to wait until the Ex sells out first.

Ah, thanks. It doesn't seem to come up when I search. It's a bit of a bummer that I won't be getting these; it'll be interesting to see what they do statues of the characters though, which could have pretty huge crossover appeal.

I ordered both. I'm not counting on seeing any premium Evangelion collectibles like this for a very long time, if ever.

A question for you all: Would anyone want to see Eva 02 come with alternate arms that are outstretched and holding the progressive knife?



I know the statue is from the Rebuild movies and this scene was from the original series, but I still feel it is a very iconic pose (occurring during Eva 02's first fight and during the title sequence of every episode). The best part is that it would match the statue's current stance without having to modify the current mold.
