I think the scale is 1/7. The total height of the statue is 38cm (or 15" for you crazy guys!).

The left one is really (!) detailed (under the Bikini). I think it is a recast from this statue: https://spaceart.de/produkte/an010.php
I bought it on ebay.
The right one is "LYLL Space Heroine", bought a couple of years ago from http://www.frontiermodels.co.uk
