pain in my ass for sure, but luckily , he was going into storage for now anyways. I just worry about possible damage to the head with all the shipping back and forth.

Surprised they actually acknowledge that issue and decided to fix it. Unlike the issues with the Guyver unit where they pretty much knew about it and did nothing.

First is the 1/1 guyver bust eyes, then the 1/1 guyver unit? Now the 1/3 zoanoid head. Seems like QC is lacking.
Luckily the head can be detached from the body, else it is a goner like the 1/1 guyver bust.

Yeah... but community always seems to give ECC a pass. If this was Sideshow or PCS, it be a damn witch hunt.

C'mon now compared to PCS ECC's problems are far more the exception than the norm.
And at least ECC is fixing this instead of as PCS did with it's Akumas and just say "it doesn't seem to detract from the piece."
ECC doesn't even charge deposits or payment even for early discounts until an item is shipping.

I would've never even noticed the difference in the 1:1 Guyver eyes if it wasn't pointed out. It's not glaringly obvious to me. Same with this orb issue. I would've never noticed, but since they are fixing it for free, might as well just do it. It's always annoying, but at least they are doing something about it. I wish I didn't have to ship it though.

Regardless if they don’t charge before they ship, 2k+ for a statue that to many is well under 2k is still getting the praise with these flaws. Made a wise choice to cancel, but again, for those who purchased, liking the way ECC is handling the situation. Moving forward, I expect my Jason 1/3 to come flawless, as I’m dropping 3k+ for that piece.
